Everybody seems to be talking about the economy and how it is affecting them and lots of people ask us how it is affected us so we thought we would share our experiences with everyone.
1. First of all, computers and networks have no idea what an 'economy' is. They still seem to fail whenever they feel like it with no regard to how inconvenient it is to their owners or that it will cost money to fix. We have had 2 customers contact us about cancelling their email filtering service. After a short while, usually less than a week, they have contacted us to reinstate their email filtering service because they didn't realize just how good our email filtering service was at keeping the bad stuff out. 3. Slow pays. People that were slow payers in the past are still slow payers. If our normal terms are too onerous, lets talk and see if we can work something out. Good communication always helps resolve a situation.
