We help a new client get their email back up after their old hoster stops returning their calls. 

So it was a typical day after a holiday until we receive a phone call from not a frantic customer but certainly a frustrated customer. The caller explains that their email isn't working and that their hoster won't return their phone calls or email. We confirm the domain that they are having problems with and within 3 minutes we have idenitifed what the problem is. Their hoster had let a secondary domain name expire. However, that secondary domain name was critical for the new client's email.

We provided analysis on the smoke and mirrors that the old hoster was offering up as the truth. We then take action to get the new client off of their old system and onto a new system that gives them unlimited email storage.

Finally, the new client mentioned that about the same time email stopped working they had a big problem with their website. That was a separate issue but their website had been hacked and was still compromised from the hack. Additionally, their hoster's own corporate web site was still hacked!
