Telephone Support

This is the simplest form of support because all it involves is dialing a phone number.  Many problems can be solved using this method.

 

Remote Support

With remote support, we can connect to your computer remotely using the Internet.  It involves going to a web page typing in your name and a short code number.  This allows us to use your mouse & keyboard.  This is a great option because problems are solved quickly and doesn't involve the customer having to describe every detail on the screen.

 

On-site Support

With on-site support, we actually travel to your location and do the work on-site.  This is a great option for addressing mulitple problems that a customer may be having on their computer OR when remote support is not possible.
